Apply to Hunt with Team Wisconsin

UPDATE: We are currently booking for our 2024-2025 season.

You are eligible to register for a hunt if you are Active Duty, Retired, Medically Retired, Medically Separated, a US Veteran or a Purple Heart Recipient and legally able to possess a firearm.

You must provide:

  • LES, DD214, or ERB with all SSN covered by whiteout
  • Copy of state driver’s License (Front & Back)

You must have:

  • Wisconsin State Small Game License
  • Wisconsin Migratory Bird Permit
  • Federal Duck stamp
  • Hunter’s Safety Certificate if your age requires it.
  • A positive attitude and a will to explore the Wisconsin Outdoors!
